Issue - Receiving errors when creating databases

You will receive errors and be unable to create new databases when your organization is in a couple of states.

Cause

Your organization will not be able to create databases if any of the following reasons are true:

• You have exhausted your trial credit balance
• You have exhausted your credit balance
• Your service has been stopped by the FeatureBase team

Solution

Trial accounts with no remaining credit

• Upgrade to paid account

Paying customers

• Please contact us at se@featurebase.com immediately to prevent loss of data and restore your service.
