How do I change my organization name and address?

The Organization settings page allows you to enter your organization name and address and define technical and billing email addresses.

Your organization name appears on notification messages, including:

  • User invitation
  • Account activation confirmation code
  • Password reset

Technical and Billing contact addresses do not have to be FeatureBase users.

Before you begin

You will need the Administrator role to perform these steps.

Change organization details

  • Click Configuration > Organization settings
  • Update your organization name and address as required
  • Optionally change the Technical and Billing contact addresses.
  • Click Update.
